4. Return Policy for Licenses and Subscriptions

Eligibility for Returns

  • Licenses: Eligible for a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
  • Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused time.
  • Physical Products: Must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging and condition.
  • There are no exceptions for discounted or promotional items unless explicitly stated.

Conditions for Returns

  • No conditions apply to license keys; returns are permitted regardless of activation status.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable return window (30 days).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card). Store credit is not offered as an alternative refund option.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification of eligibility.

Deactivation of Licenses

Refunds will only be issued after verifying that all associated license keys have been deactivated or revoked through internal systems. Customers do not need to provide proof of deactivation or uninstall the software.

Request Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your license number and the email address used to place the order.

We do not require RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Refunds may be denied if terms of use are violated (e.g., misuse of software).
  • Unless otherwise stated, we have a “no frills” refund policy—no restrictions apply unless explicitly noted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and license keys provided through store.180link.com remain the intellectual property of 180 Link Digital Media or its licensors. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or misuse of license keys is strictly prohibited.
