The $249 Web Make-Over Package is for existing and new sites. It is a no hassle and haggle offer.
Here are the no-nonsense details of this offer:
o Clean site layout for your business where we develop your new site with your chosen color scheme.
o Up to 5 pages will be included in this offer. Additional pages if needed or required would be extra. You provide the text and 180 Link Media will add it to your new site.
o Your site is fully scalable. This means, that immediately after you receive it, you can easily add as many new sections and pages as you may deem necessary. We install a system which allows you or anyone on your staff to effortlessly upload and add new information to your site with the need to know ANYTHING about web design. Your sites interface will quite similarly to Microsoft Word and most other document applications.
o If needed, you can secure your site, requiring that anyone who accesses it to register and login.
o Search Engine Basic Package. If your site can’t be found in the search engines when potential clients, customers, or business partners are looking for the products or services you offer, there isn’t much purpose in having a website. The Search Engine Basic Package gets your site moving in the direction of actually making you money!!
o My Domain and Hosting Package included. You site will NOT be forced onto the web with someone else’s company attached to it. You’ve seen the web addresses before that look like www.mypage.com/yourcompany or yourcompany.theircompany.com . Does your business card have some other company’s name on it? This is about presenting to the world that you are serious.
Your new site will be hosted at on our servers at the low monthly rate of $9.99 per month.

Acceptance of this offer means that you agree to have your new site hosted with us for period of one year. You, as the client, retain all claims to your domain name and content as long you fulfill the obligations of this contract. Additional features and enhancements may be requested, but additional charges will apply for features, enhancements, and training not listed here.
This package does not include any custom design work. We have designs ready for your new site. Any request for features not listed here are quoted before work begins of which 50% is due before work begins and the remaining 50% is due at completion.
